To duplicate the box, click in here and go to Table > Select > Table, then Edit > Copy and Edit >Paste.

You can control the size of this box. Click in the bottom middle cell and you will select an "invisible" graphic. Resize the graphic horizontally to the desired width.

For additional paragraphs, be sure to use the ".infobox" class in the style drop-down menu for small text.
